GOLF
INSTRUCTION AND GOLF FITNESS BECOME ONE!
Set posture
and back yourself into the system and attach the Velcro on
the power belt to the Velcro panel known as the Lower Body
Controller (LBC) on the Golf Workstation. The Velcro power
belt attached to the Velcro on the (LBC) work in unison with
the Leg controller (LC) that cradles the side and back of
your right knee (If you’re a right hander, left if you’re
a lefty)
You’re
simply going to perform slow repetitions of the golf swing
by starting with the 60 second swing and gradually speed up
to a 30, 15, 5 and into your normal full swing. While performing
slow repetitions of the golf swing, the system will train
and force the body to stay in balance and in the proper positions
throughout each sequence. The system will keep your spine
angle and posture consistent, prevent improper movements and
will challenge, develop and coordinate the correct muscles
systematically.
The system
forces a golfer to turn, and if a golfer is used to allot
of movement, turning will not be easy at first because your
muscles are developed to sway. As you work in the system,
doing slow repetitions you will develop and coordinate the
correct muscles and you’ll acquire a consistency in
a turn which will begin to enhance tempo and timing.
The Golf
Workstation isn’t to teach you how to swing but it retrains
your body. The system re-grooves your bio-mechanics so you
will be able to swing in motion without your posture collapsing.
What do all the top 100 teachers say; “maintain your
posture and spine angle during the swing”. The golfer
with the best posture and the ability to maintain it in rotation
and to be able to repeat it succeeds.
As you
begin your back swing, multiple things occur at the same time;
the system forces the lower body to turn correctly in balance
and under total control. As the body turns, a golfer immediately
feels resistance from head to toe. It’s a proven fact
that resistance exercise works 10 times faster than any other
form of exercise! Between the Velcro on the lower body controller
working in unison with a braced right knee, you feel the correct
muscle groups working all at once on both sides of the body
as you perform each sequence.
As you
slowly take your back swing and continue on throughout each
sequence of the swing stop and hold at waist high, top of
back swing, waist high downswing, impact position, post impact,
follow through swing.
As you
perform these slow repetitions, you will feel resistance in
the front and back of your thighs (your hamstrings and quadriceps)
the major cause of poor posture, outer and inner thigh, the
buttocks, your abdominal muscles the core muscles, the turning
muscles and the foundation of your golf swing. You’ll
feel the muscles in your calves stretching, your shoulders,
the back and front of your arms, your chest muscles and the
latissimus dorsi, your upper back muscles and one of the strongest
in the body that must be stretched!
By performing
this one exercise 3 days a week, for 10 to 15 minutes a day
for 90 days you attain significant results with minimal investment
of time and effort, a total of 12 hours over a 90 day time
period. Purchase the Golf Workstation, stretch the tendons,
develop and coordinate your golf muscles in sequence, and
gain control of your game. Achieve improved strength, endurance,
maximum flexibility and acquire a controlled repetitive consistent
golf swing that you will be proud of!
One of
the most difficult and critical moves in the golf swing that
the Golf Workstation will cure is the transition move. The
change of direction from back swing to down swing; Learning
to turn the body, swing the arms, shift the weight from right
to left and consistently hit the ball square. The Golf Workstation
makes it easy for golfers that own the system and provides
instructors with a valuable tool to help a student instantly
feel and identify this critical fault that is difficult to
explain verbally or visually.
As a golfer
takes the back swing, if a golfers right leg normally straightens
or the right leg and lower body sways or the foundation lifts
up and down the (LBC) and the (LC) work in unison and will
not allow this improper movement. The system is going to control
you, Let it!
As a golfer
breaks the wrists and gets into the tray position at the top
of the back swing the belly button must be turning over a
braced right knee. By controlling the knee which is very critical
in the golf swing, it makes the biggest golf muscle of the
body go to work, the latissimus dorsi, behind the shoulder.
It has to be stretched. How do we stretch it? The knee is
the key, it must stay in, and as the golfer turns, the belly
button goes over a knee that’s braced then the shoulder
can come. It’s impossible, to get the left shoulder
over the right knee if you don’t turn the belly button.
Hold your position in the tray position. Pump and hold it.
You’ll feel resistance, you’ll be stretching tendons
and your body is on its way to becoming flexible.
As the
golfer begins the down swing into the transition, the (LBC)
is going to keep the golfer balanced, and prevent the golfer
from coming out on the toes, the shoulders spinning out or
the lower body sway. Stay back! The only move is your left
cheek turning. It’s like loading a bow and arrow bringing
it back. You’ve got it on target and let it go. Same
thing in golf; you bring the club back, you’ve got your
body all wound up, and then the hands go, no, no, you can’t
allow that. What happens is the arms need to drop! Golfers
go after the ball because they go out on their toes. When
you have your tail stuck to the Velcro on the Golf Workstation,
you have to do it correctly and it brings you down through
the ball in the correct position through the finished swing.
Repetitions,
Repetitions, Repetitions, Slow Repetitions
Feel comes from Repetitions, Correct Repetitions
