I
am 54 years old and picked up the great sport of Golf
in my 40's. I started using the Golf Workstation and
play to a very respectful 12 handicap. The Golf Workstation
has become a fixture in my office and I also have one
in my back yard. I spend about 5 to 10 minutes a day
performing slow repetitions of the golf swing, stretching
my muscles, and it has proven to be much easier and
more effective than performing multiple free form exercises.
I'm flexible, have increased distance (275 on my Drives)
and most of all, I've got more control and less aggravation
during play.
They
say "narrowing your misses" is key to a successful
round of Golf. I purchased the complete package for
my back yard which provides my son and me with a way
to workout in the system and hit balls without taking
time out to drive to the range. My son’s golf
instructor is amazed with his progress and it’s
the best investment I've ever made.

“The
Golf Workstation system and accessories is one of the
only golf instruction tools I have ever used that truly
gives the golfer/student feel for how their body should
function during the golf swing. The Workstation puts
the student into proper position and gives them instant
feedback when they do something incorrect during the
swing. There have been times while on the driving range
where my students are struggling with a part of their
swing and I see that I need to get a concept across
to them. I then take them to the teaching studio, put
them in the workstation and it’s like a light
goes on in their head. They suddenly understand what
it is that I need them to do and their swing begins
to improve immediately. An incredible golf aid that
I will use as long as I am teaching golf or playing
the game myself”.

The
Golf Workstation is our most effective teaching aid
we utilize at all of our Golf Schools. We use it for
both beginners and advanced players and it works very
well and makes our job much easier. Golfers have to
learn a good set-up first and second they realize that
keeping the same spine-angle on the back and mainly
on the through-swing is most important! All my teaching
pros are working with the system during lessons as well
as for their own game. We also recommend our students
purchase this helpful system so they can implement our
instruction on their own time at home to progress more
rapidly.

I
use the Golf Workstation to help build up my core muscles,
the center of my body. The whole golf swing evolves
around those muscles and the goal of most golfers should
be to use more of the big muscles vs. the small muscles,
meaning hands and wrists but they're going to do the
same thing anyway.
There are things you can do to build core muscles, like
sit-ups, all kinds of stuff, but the Golf Workstation
is the only system I’ve seen that makes you maintain
your posture angles throughout your whole swing, what
I mean by angles, I had a tendency of dropping down
on my takeaway and the Golf Workstation would not let
me. Working with the Golf Workstation has given me more
power and definitely more consistency.
When
teaching beginners, the hands are sore, there back is
sore and we need to teach golfers to do things right.
I’ve learned that you build golf muscles by doing
the right things consistently, you do not want to build
up the wrong muscles. The golf workstation makes you
do the correct things consistently.
New
golfers are always straightening their leg, pulling
up, coming out of there shot. They don’t know
how to rotate and stay down. I can’t think of
anything else that keeps you in posture and your waist
balanced throughout the back swing, impact to follow
through. I don’t know how you would invent something
else unless they put your body in a mold.

There’s
a number of reasons why I utilize the Golf Workstation.
First, I instruct a lot of high handicappers who need
to understand that staying back on their heels is important
and separation on the velcro on the actual system lets
them feel it immediately
Secondly
the locking functions on the Lower Body Controller,
allows the golfer to understand the lateral movement
thru the impact of the golf ball. This helps my students
understand that basically they need to initiate the
swing getting their weight thru the golf ball rather
than doing a reverse pivot. The Golf Workstation helps
them find that. It’s very important!
The
Golf Workstation also helps them understand when they’re
going up, coming out of their shot, pulling forward
going and going out on their toes. The velcro of course
separates which they can feel, hear and understand.
Also, with the turn in the golf swing, as they are turning
they can hear the ripping sound and they can feel they
are using and developing the correct golf muscles which
is crucial.

As
a teaching aid, the Golf Workstation does allot for
me. I put my students in the system and it has saved
me time by eliminating a lot of explanation. I don’t
have to tell them they’re coming out on their
toes, sliding, swaying or reverse pivoting. They automatically
feel it and understand what they need to do to correct
themselves.
Second, it
helps keep their weight on their heels, when they bring
club back on the downswing if they come out on their
toes, the Velcro is going to rip off.
As
a player I like to use it for the same reason, it helps
me keep my weight on the left side, something I’ve
been working on, keep my left hip on this machine and
also to keep my weight on my heels and not come over
the top which is a common problem that I have and allot
of players do. The Golf Workstation does allot for me
and my students. I definitely recommend it to any instructors
or players themselves who want to improve their accuracy
and overall game.
